Translation for time-sensitive media is not a prompt. A usable system has to decide what to ingest, whether an item is new, which language and media transforms are required, where to publish, what happened after delivery, and how to stop when a release changes.

XOT is the production pipeline for that path: ingestion, translation, rendering, deduplication, delivery, and observable state. The public product is at xot.iraneyes.com. This page is the case, not a substitute for the live system.

The design problem is operations. A healthy preview is not production acceptance. During a cutover, historical backlog should stay fenced rather than silently replay into public channels. Posting, translation, deduplication, and replay should be independently controllable.

This page does not publish provider configuration, credentials, source-account detail, or internal counts. Public-interest work that does not belong on a personal engineering site stays off this site; XOT is listed here as a production system I operate.
