The month is clinical training, and the systems that have to remain honest while that training consumes the calendar. Memory that does not leak. Study tools that do not invent a source. Agents that can be routed without mistaking a local milestone for a hosted product.

XOT is live. SkillMap and the study systems remain local. Gemmark is being built. 0x3.dev is still the umbrella for work that can be shown.

I do not publish exam banks, patient material, unpublished clients, or the insides of private systems. Public-interest work that does not belong on a personal engineering site stays off it.

I am open to work at the boundary of medicine, evidence, and production engineering: places where trust is a validation problem, and where a person still has to be able to use the result.
